1. Scope
These terms apply to Folder from Mac Zhou (App Store ID 1563518405). Your App Store acquisition is governed by the app license terms Apple presents; if no custom license is provided in App Store Connect, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies. This page adds practical usage information without reducing rights you have under applicable consumer law. Features depend on the installed version and may differ between older releases and 3.0.0.
2. Using the app
You must have the necessary rights to import, store, transfer, or share your files, and follow applicable law and the recipient service’s rules. The app does not verify copyright or legality for you. Version 3.0.0 has no developer-operated file account or cloud copy. If Google Drive remains available in your installed older version, Google’s applicable terms also govern that service. For data handling, read the app privacy policy.
Local-network transfer uses unencrypted HTTP. Devices on the same network that know the address may upload; enabling downloads can also expose the selected scope. Start it only on a trusted network, stop it when finished, and do not publish the address. Other apps may retain independent copies of anything you share with them.
3. Purchases
In 3.0.0, Pro is a one-time App Store purchase. Apple handles payment, refunds, and transaction restoration. Retired subscriptions are not offered for new sale but existing entitlements can still be recognized according to Apple’s transaction state. The price and availability shown by the App Store at purchase govern. Use Apple’s purchase history or support for billing and refunds; you can attempt restoration in the app.
4. Files and availability
Keep an independent backup of important files and safeguard your app password, recovery code, and encrypted-backup password. Device loss, uninstalling, system cleanup, accidental deletion, interrupted networks, or third-party changes may affect access. The app aims to protect local operations but cannot guarantee that devices, networks, or third-party services never fail. This does not exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
